Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing e-mail management solution, which will grant you complete command over your electronic mail accounts and e-newsletters. With this easy-to-navigate interface, you can set up a new email mailbox in no time and manage its settings easily. What's more, you can redirect mail messages from one e-mailbox to another, create mail filters, create auto-reply messages and shield your e-mail boxes against spam messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your mailbox accounts against spam mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwelcome mail messages will find their way into your email box. Your mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a given email box account.
Email Filters
Email filters are excellent for filtrating your incoming mail messages on the basis of certain rules defined by you. Creating mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will take effect instantaneously. You can quickly set up a filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and define the filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming emails from one e-mail box to another, or even to a number of other e-mail accounts. Just select the mailbox you want to redirect e-mails from, then select the destination e-mail box and indicate if you wish to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly configure the mail client of your choice to access your email mailboxes. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail account you would like to set up on your desktop computer or smartphone and click on the email client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new email box will be configured in an instant.

The Email Manager graphical user interface will also allow you to quickly create an autoresponder message - enter the message you want people to read and our system will take care of everything else.
